I installed Enscape, but when I try to run it, it runs like the picture I posted
Only the background image is shown. Can you tell me what I should do to solve this problem?

Hi. The Enscape website suggests the following steps:
1. Please make sure that the project scale is set to centimeters and even more importantly
2. Make sure that your project is located in around at least proximity to the initial project location which you would be in when starting a new project for example. So, otherwise put: If your project is too far away from the default-centre location, then this can cause all kinds of problems within Enscape itself.
3. Please also make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date
