Is it possible to add an object to VisualArq? In Revit, this can be done using Families. In Rhino, how do you import an object into VisualArq?
Can I define different materials for the inside and outside of walls in VisualArq? Or can the glass material of windows be defined in Vray?

VisualARQ provides architectural tools for drawing in the Rhino environment. To have more objects, you need to import Rhino-format objects into your project. In fact, the VisualArq format is not separate from the Rhino format, and this plugin outputs drawings in the Rhino environment with the help of the tools it provides.
The material of each part can be adjusted in the same section. For example, in the windows section, similar to the image below, you can change the glass material or create a new material for it:
